For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable government tax and delivery charges, where applicable.

Delivery charges apply as shown at checkout. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 may apply to orders within Pakistan, unless otherwise stated during checkout or promotional campaigns.

Return Shipping Charges

Advance payment orders will receive the eligible refund amount once the return is approved.
COD orders will receive a refund after deducting applicable government tax and delivery charges, where applicable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
